The Eaglet

A wounded Eaglet who was rescued by a kind farmer. Farmer found Eaglet in one of his fields, and so took him home, tended to his wounds, and then placed him outside in the barnyard to recover.

Strangely enough, Eaglet soon adapted to the habits of all the barnyard chickens. Eaglet learned to walk and cluck like chickens. Eaglet learned to drink from a trough and peck the dirt for food, and for many years Eaglet peacefully resigned himself to this new life on the farm and grow up to become beautiful Eagle.

A Very Special Gift

An old man was sitting with his 25 year old son in the train. The train was about to leave the station and all the passengers settled down on their seats. As the train started, the young man was filled with joy and curiosity. He was sitting on the window side. He put one hand out and felt the passing air. He shouted, “Father, all the trees are going behind”. The old man smiled and admired his son’s feelings.
